Introduction

With the limit of the construction site and the development of slope protecting technology, there are more and more single side walls, which bring much trouble to contractor as through-wall tie-rod is not allowed.
Based on the technology of some foreign formwork companies, we developed the Single-side Bracket.The single-side formwork system is easy to operate and is specially used in the single-side wall, which is a good option in the underground work in the narrow city area.

The body bracket can be sorted into four types according to the height: standard frame H=3800mm, heighten frame H=500mm, heighten frame H=1800mm, and heighten frame H=2200mm.

Our single-side bracket is very strong, low-cost, easy and safe to operate. On the base of certain operating room, the Single-side Bracket can be used in any single-side wall formwork, including outside wall of basement, the sewage dealing factory, slops of the roads and bridges and so on. Usually, an operating room of 3.7m width is needed for the highest Single-side Bracket.

Single-side bracket is the supporting system of the Single-side Formwork. There is no necessary to set wall-through bolts when single-side bracket is used.
A high-tension bolt is used to fix the bracket, forming a 45。angle with the ground. One end of high-tension bolt is connected with the anchors and the other is connected with the single-side bracket. The force from the high-tension is divided into two, one is vertical and the other is horizontal. Both the two forces are balanced by the force generated by the bracket, fixing the bracket steadily.
